Refund policy

We hope you’re happy with your purchase. However, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and returned with its original packaging.

To start a return, please email alturaclimbingco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with return instructions.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. Original delivery charges and return postage costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several working days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect so that we can resolve the issue.
