Shipping policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly.
UK orders
All UK orders are dispatched with Royal Mail on the next working day using a Royal Mail 48-hour service.
Delivery normally takes approximately two working days from dispatch, although delays may occasionally occur.
European Union and United States
Orders to the EU and United States are shipped using an international delivery service and are expected to arrive within 14 days of dispatch.
Rest of the world
Orders to all other international destinations are expected to arrive within 28 days of dispatch.
International customs charges
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order price unless stated at checkout.
Customs processing may occasionally cause delays outside our control.
Delivery addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
